I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The attached picture is the tank I received from Wayne OxygenThere are no stamp marks saying that it is property of *** and I have not modified it in any wayIt does not resemble the tanks that Wayne Oxygen leases but it does look like it could be one of their customers' tanksI refuse to be held liable for the company's mistake
Regards,

I have forwarded pictures of the cylinders and their markings. We issued credit for the cylinder lease, but have billed Mr [redacted] for the replacement cost of the missing cylinder. If payment is not made in 30 thirty days, we will be forced to go to court which will also incur court cost and possible lawyer fees. I may be reached at ###-###-#### if any questions. Thanks,Ron BrowerPresident
The cylinder in question does not belong to us. The cylinder he is trying to return is painted in black primer with cylinder stamped property of [redacted]. Per our discussion all cylinders owned by Wayne Oxygen Company are painted aluminum in color with shoulder painted orange, with our name...
Wayne Oxygen Company hand stamped in the cylinder. Mr [redacted] upon his attempt to return said cylinder, was shown what our cylinders look like. The only way to remove this item from his account is to return our cylinder or pay the replacement cost of the cylinder. He has already been billed for the replacement cost of the cylinder.Wayne Oxygen CompanyRon BrowerPresident
