Review: We hired [redacted] to fulfill the requirements needed to satisfy our first time home buyers loan. [redacted] was hired on date and has only 30 percent of the work completed. Not only is the work we hired [redacted] for not complete, the requirements from the home inspector and the bank were not quoted correctly. Due to the incorrect quote made by [redacted] we do not have the allowed funds in our escrow account to cover the cost of all the repairs that are incomplete due to [redacted]s inactivity and unwillingness to comply to our quest on completing the project started.Desired Settlement: Since I found that I was under-quoted for the work that actually needed to be done, I would like the work to be completed correctly, and at [redacted] expense. Due to the fact that the money in escrow was agreed upon by the seller. At this point we CAN NOT ask the seller for more money, the house closed in October of 2012.
