I have been a customer of Ray for a number of years for various gas related issues. Most recently my gas pool heater was not working. Ray talked to me over the phone and had me try a few things. 5 minutes later the heater was up and running and all Ray wanted was a thanks !

Super professional and competent. After installing my central humidifier, he carefully explained how it worked. He went above and beyond by labeling the various parts and writing the filter part number on my unit for future maintenance. I highly recommend Ray Roussy Mechanical, especially if you know nothing about HVAC (like me).
