On or about March 18, 2014, Ms [redacted] called our company because they had nohot water pressure( [redacted] ) went to her home to check the unit andfound the tankless water heater needed to be flushed out, full of calcium causedfrom their hard water.I have never experienced this issue before, so I went and purchased the properflushing equipment and cleaning solution and flushed out the heaterMs [redacted] wanted to purchase the equipment so she could do it herself if it h~ppened again.Ms [redacted] called again in May and insisted I come that morningI went out toher home (one way is over miles and ~ hour drive) and discovered the tanklesswater heater had the same problemI hooked up the equipment to flush thesyste~ and Ms [redacted] left during the time ] was workingWhen I was finished,she had not returned home yet, so I left the equipment hooked up so Ms [redacted] would know how to hook it up herself, because she apparently did not know howto flush the system or she could have done it herself.Ms [redacted] had contacted the tank1ess water heater manufacturer each time beforeshe called us for service, and after trouble-shooting with her the manufacturer hadalso stated to her that the problem must related to her well water.We cannot warranty the work completed in March, because of her hard water andcalcium build up
