Do not take your car to ray pearman lincoln for serviceI called for days with no return callsI just wanted to know how long a warranty repair would take [redacted] in service finally called back He told me the service manager [redacted] would get me a loaner carThen she wouldn't call me backSo [redacted] told me to come anyway and he would get me a loanerYou are supposed to get a loaner with any serviceWhen I got there, no loaner [redacted] lied to me [redacted] proceeded to call me a liar saying I never called herThen told another employee I was a ***Great managerMy husband still wanted me to leave my carSo he came and got medays later, after [redacted] not returning my calls we came down thereMy car had not been touchedWe left, and had it repaired elsewhereI have heard horrible Ray Pearman stories over the last monthI hope my friends post their complaints alsoHad I known I would have never have goneThe facilites is run down and so dirtyThe bathroom at [redacted] is cleaner and even looks betterNothing like the Lincoln dealership we bought I car from I have waited days for an apology and only received one from a new car managerNot from the people who treated so horribleMy complaint is in the hands of Lincoln now
On or abouts but I believe it was 9/1/I called the dealership and asked to speak with Mr [redacted] My older brother has had dealings with [redacted] and he suggested I do the sameA nice lady answered my call that Thursday morning around 9:am but [redacted] was off work so she asked me if she help meI told her I'd like for when [redacted] gets back in I'd like to come and test drive the Mercury Mariner I was interested inAfter some light small talk I hung upThe very next morning around 8:30-9am [redacted] called me on my cell and said he will have the vehicle gassed up and waiting on me to come @ am as I stated I could and would be thereI arrived at but the vehicle was nowhere seenMr [redacted] came out and greeted me with the news of some "other salesmen" had come and took it for another customer to test driveHe acted like he was somewhat speechless about the guy coming and getting the vehicleI said something like WHAT? I don't understand? You knew I was cominghe apologized about it and said he'd know something as to the status of if it was going to be sold or not and get back to me in a couple hoursWell I never got a call back either wayI have voiced my disappointment in an email sent to both Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] about this experience, however neither of them has responded to meI'm very disappointed in their lack of concern for this unacceptable experience
