Review: I received a Ray Padula Series R nozzle as a gift. After a couple of years, it developed some leakage problems. I called the company's contact phone number (###-###-####) in February, 2013 to determine what the process is for corrective action. Although I never was able to speak to anyone, I did find voice message instructions for returning the product for repair / replacement. On February *, 2013 I mailed the nozzle to the company at their [redacted]. address. Since that time I have called repeatedly to find out the status of my complaint. However, I cannot reach anyone to inquire about the status. Additionally, every voice mail box that I have been able to access is full and will not accept messages. I am at a complete loss as to how to contact these folks. At this point, I would like to have my nozzle repaired or replaced under the advertised terms of their warranty. I hope you can help.
