In response to the complaint made by [redacted] on 7/7/ You are right, it should not have happened The only thing I can say is I am sorry I know it is no excuse, but I have been getting numerous calls from companies trying tosale me web pages and being rude with me when I say no You probably caught me right after I hung up on them Sometimes they call me back immediately after I take pride in my work and have been in business for over 30years Having had numerous health problems in the past year has made me a little short tempered You just happened to catch me at a bad time All I can do is apologize and hope you will accept my apology

I am rejecting this response because: This gentleman is lyingHe knew exactly who I was and that I was not another business trying to seller him somethingI told him that I was calling for pluming serviceHe said he did not want my businessIf he has been sick, now is not the time to be rude to customer that pays his billsHe needs a closer relationship with the LordI feel there should be rules and guidelines for companies like this

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response because: This gentleman is lying. He knew exactly who I was and that I was not another business trying to seller him something. I told him that I was calling for pluming service. He said he did not want my business. If he has been sick, now is not the time to be rude to customer that pays his bills. He needs a closer relationship with the Lord. I feel there should be rules and guidelines for companies like this.
