This company missed a bowing basement wall during our inspectionWe specifically asked about the black insulation that is around our front door and they told us it's nothing to worry aboutAfter talking with contractors (due to water in our basement after weeks of moving in) the black insulation was to cover the gap that is separating our front steps and the basement wallWe did speak with an attorney and there is nothing we can do about this issue because this company does how take responsibility for anything that is missed in their inspection So now we have to come up with $10,000-20,to repair this issueAll we can do is get the $back we paid for the inspection
Paid almost for a sub par home inspectionInspector failed to note the year or condition of the water heater in inspectionDuring move in we found the water heater was over years old and rusted out AND leaking on the bottomWhen we brought this to the company's attention they basically said you purchased an old house things failThe only failure I see was the inspector left important information off the report for whatever reasonThey told me to file a claim with their insurance policy, but it wouldn't cover it because its over years oldNo one with this company took any kind of responsibility or made any reasons for this misinformation other than oh well and told us it was our problem
