It actually does say on the ticket that you are a winner. I understand this is a scam to get people into there showroom. That is why larger car company's like Darlings does not do things like this. It's dishonest. 
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].

We had no disclosure of any damage on this vehicle when we purchased it. But the customer expressed concern, and we agreed to reduce her purchase price by $500.00. Situation was resolved on 6/13/2016.

We provided scratch tickets as an incentive to all customers to visit our showroom. There is nothing on the tickets that indicates that anyone is an automatic $5,000.00 winner. We have conveyed this same information to Mr. [redacted] We apologized if there was any misunderstanding, we have...
