R** postponed his service twice. Then he had me wait for a whole afternoon for nothing. I had to text him to figure out he would not come to our scheduled appointment, then he informed me he would be ready within 2 hours. 6 hours later, I had to call him several times to ask for an explanation. I decided to stop at that point. On top of that, he did not reply to our request for a written quote. Overall very unprofessional and disrespectful.
