I agreed to a one time charge for a complete water inspection of my home on Nov 25,2016. It entitled me to one inspection that would take place anytime at my choosing over the next 24 months after the invoice was paid . I called the *** office today and was told that I was removed from this program because we filed a complaint with this company in Jan , 2017 after they charged us $468 for a service visit and repair of a clogged pipe . Our complaint was filed because they didn’t repair the pipe. Subsequently, we called another plumber who found the cause of the problem and fixed it for a lot less than *** . We demanded a refund from *** and they did issue a full credit. Apparently, they decided to take our money paid ($99) for this water inspection contract because now, they won’t perform the inspection. They claim that they called us last year and we didn’t return the call ( not true).
I requested a full refund today and was denied because there are only 20 days left on the agreement. Resolution would be a full refund or services performed per the agreement.
