Review: I contacted Rawpothecary's customer service department on 6/**/15 when I discovered that [redacted] had delayed its shipment by ** hours. I was concerned about possible damage to the perishable items that I had ordered. I did not receive a call back. I left a message as no one was available to take the call. On 6/**/15, I received an email from Rawpothecary informing me that my order was complete. On 6/**/15, I called Rawpothecary again upon learning that [redacted] was going to delay the shipment for another ** hours. I sent an email to Rawpothecary letting them know that my order had yet to be delivered and therefore not complete. Also, I alerted Rawpothecary via phone that since no one had contacted me regarding the shelf-life of the perishable items, that I would not accept the shipment on the third day and would like to request a refund from Rawpothecary. I have not received a call back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the order.
