Raw Power

Review: I placed an order on April 29, 2013 (order number 15724). As of today, I have not received any package from Raw Power. I made contact with them several times and was told that they would get back to me. Today, they sent me an email confirming the delivery of the package via USPS delivery confirmation, which I never received. According to the email, my package was delivered on May 6th at 10:22 am. I am home all day on Mondays and Tuesdays, but I did not receive any package on that scheduled delivery date. This is the second time I placed the order with raw power. The first time, they shipped it via UPS, and it was delivered properly. I contacted the post office, but they do not know what happened to the package. Is there anyway raw power could contact the post office and file a lost package claim since I have no way of knowing how it was shipped? Thank you.Desired Settlement: I am a seller myself on Ebay, so I understand that it is no longer the seller's responsibility once the confirmation shows that the package was delivered. All I am asking for is to get what I paid for.
