As per your letter dated January ***,We never ask clients for ID to receive a foot massage, this case was an exception because they don't have the proof of the gift certificateWe just want to make sure that the parents get the service .Any way let them stop by and just mention her name only and we will provide the service as a courtesy and for one time only Thanks for your cooperation Ellen's Spa

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 I don't understand why the people I give the foot massage to will need to show their identification. I am not comfortable with that and neither will they. It isn't a normal policy to have to show identification to receive a massage. What is the purpose of requesting something like that?
