During quarantine in this infectious county we where still being charged while gym wasnt operational.
During the entire quarantine effect this business was still charging to people who couldn't go and do services that were payed for. This county is one of the worste in texas and therefore even after gym reclaimed the opening the charges of the month to month payment were still being taken out.
I would like a refund of the total amounts I payed for during this time the gym wasnt operational.
In response to Mr. complaint I would like to say he was charged for a service we provided. The gym WAS open to members. We shut down our office, cancelled classes, and child care. We posted on the door, and made posts on social media we were not open to the public. Current paying members had access to the gym since Raw Iron is a private/member only facility. We also posted social distancing guidelines, and provided several sanitation stations. Mr *** decided not to attend the gym on his own, we do not require contracts so he could have cancelled his membership at any time.
