At this time, I have been contacted directly by Raw Creators regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved
because:
*** has arranged to re-activate the website (re-register the domain name) however he will need to contact me back within days (from last week) to hand over control of the site so that I can update it and make it useful again In its present state it is useless *** has told me he would take care of this But I have asked him to do this for the past years

Review: This business Max Fitness owned by [redacted]- he operates website/internet business as well under names [redacted] or RAW creators.Back in 2010 he created a website for my company [redacted].He has not serviced it properly as he agreed to and refuses to turn over the rights to the website: [redacted] so that I can have it serviced properly. The website is out of date and pretty much useless to me without updates. Continuous requests to turn over the info to me so that I can have somebody fix have gone unanswered. Now [redacted] has had the website shut down after his most recent attempt to ask for $ and I guess him not liking me asking him once again to turn over the info or sell me the rights that I thought belonged to me anyway.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the charges that I have paid to [redacted] and/or a record of his poor business practices.

[redacted] has arranged to re-activate the website (re-register the domain name) however he will need to contact me back within 30 days (from last week) to hand over control of the site so that I can update it and make it useful again. In its present state it is useless. [redacted] has told me he would take care of this. But I have asked him to do this for the past 3 years.
