The state of Ohio allows manufacturers to define what their case will be.  We chose to define 6 bottles as a case of wine with a 10% discount to offer our customers a more economical option than having to purchase 12 bottles to get the discount. Industry standard bottles are 750 ml, we do...

however state that our Ice Wine and Chantilly Lace are 375 ml bottles. Mr. S[redacted] was only charged for 6 bottles with a 10% discount.  Our website clearly states on all case options that our case is 6 bottles.  If Mr. S[redacted] would like to return the items, we will be happy to refund his money.
