John Ravenhorst has been hospitalized with a critical reoccurring situation requiring major surgeries since April of members of the company went directly to Mr ***'s home in May to inform him of the situation and make arrangements
for the refund of any $ owedThe man that answered the door fit Mr ***'s description but denied that he was in fact Mr *** so our representatives left
Our business is no longer viable for obvious reasons and the office has need closedThe process of appointing a conservator has begun and all monies due to customers will be refunded once that process is complete within the next daysOur apologies for any inconvenience Mr Ravenhorsts situation has caused but his was an unforeseen and emergent occurrence

I do not accept their response because we have security cameras around our home and no one came to our home from Ravenhorst Mud Jacking, Inc during the month of May and offered us our money backI can give them the benefit of the doubt that it is possible they went to the wrong address
I am sorry for Mr.Ravenhorst condition and wish him wellAs of this date, we have still NOT received a refund for our deposit
