I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you. First I would like to point out we have not received your claim via email as you stated.The voucher you have purchased from *** *** was for unlimited supply vents and one return air vent.The additional charges were for sanitizing and brushing the return air vents in your home.(not part of the voucher promotion)Like every other company we also charge for additional services that are not part of the promotion with *** *** Upon inspection and before the service was performed ,our crew has provide you with an estimate, witch you authorized and so we went ahead with performing the service. Most of the supply vents in your home were opened and cleaned, and the one who were not we did not have access to. In regards to the fact our tech did not arrive on time we truly apologize, unfortunately delays may occur, and we are doing everything we can to notify the customer ahead of time.As a full service company we are ready to send you the same crew back to fix any deficiencies in the service you may feel took place.Please call our offices to make an appointment.At this time we will not be able to issue a refund for the services rendered. Enviro care is on the small document with the credit card ibformation It is printed in light ink This is how I was able to look up the businessIt list the city and state as well The technician also pointed it out and told me they operated under that name because it was
different than the name on the invoice document
