Great knife, I had a minor problem with my OTF Raven. Returned it for service,prepaid by Raven, and the Technical team, Anox, Brandon, Tyler and Rose fixed it and returned it better than new. Great warranty. Great service. Well worth the money. The quality is remembered long after you forget the price. Can't say too many good things about RavenCrest Tactical.

I Have responded to the email and awaiting a response if my knives arrive or my money is credited back to my account.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
