Ravel glass

Review: On 7-14-14 we had a window replaced in our office by Arvel glass Co. The next day when it was inspected the frame was loose and there was no putty used to seal the glass. Telephoned company made a complaint about the workmanship. A worker came out the next day and removed a piece of the sill and used children's play putty to seal the window. Called the company again regarding this issue. They promised they would come out and fix the window correctly . They stated" we guarantee our work ". So far we have had no response regarding this shabby work. After several calls they hung up on me and refuse to respond. We have been left with an ill fitting and unsafe window after paying $326.00Desired Settlement: Return of payment $326.00 so I can a hire reputable firm to do the job properly.
