Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The previous manager James who my husband and I guess was fired he told us that we would be refunded for the money as soon as the company worked it out with the city In regaurds to the water leak at Cayon SpringsHe told us we had to pay it to avoid going to collections so that's what we did but it still doesn't make the situation right It doesn't make any since that a water bill would be $and $in an bedroom apartment where everyone works and goes to school if the complex had a water leak it shouldn't be the residents fault in paying for itThe management now wants to act like they have no idea what happenedWe know there is someone who knows what happened and if need be we will seek legal counsel it's not about the money it's about the principle Regards, [redacted]

He told us we had to pay it to avoid going to collections so that's what we did  but it still doesn't make the situation right It doesn't make any since that a water bill would be $200 and $300 in an 2 bedroom apartment where everyone works and goes to school if the complex had a water leak it shouldn't be the residents fault in paying for it. The management now wants to act like they have no idea what happened. We know there is someone who knows what happened and if need be we will seek legal counsel it's not about the money it's about the principle.

After further research we were unable to locate documentation in writing to [redacted] stating that we will issue a refund for utilities. If [redacted] would like to provide us with documentation from Canyon Springs we will issue a refund to him in the amount of $202.31. Thanks
