attorney handling the file corrected the filing issue with the court, our office made all arrangements for the return of the vehicle, and the firm would have reimbursed the client for actual expenses. At that time, [redacted] elected not to proceed and asked that we withdraw the documentation with the court. Per his request, that was timely completed.
