Raul used to do much of the plumbing/repairs at my rental units in City of Commerce. I stopped using him due to his inability to stick to a commitment and incompetence. Most recently, around April 12 and while I was out of the country, my on-site manager called him to clear a plugged up sink. He showed up and said the sink was broken and the entire unit would have to be replaced. He never showed up again.
