Raul used to do much of the plumbing/repairs at my rental units in City of Commerce I stopped using him due to his inability to stick to a commitment and incompetence Most recently, around April and while I was out of the country, my on-site manager called him to clear a plugged up sink He showed up and said the sink was broken and the entire unit would have to be replaced He never showed up again
