Raul Concrete

On August of 2015, I hired [redacted] which is owned by [redacted] and his son [redacted] for an addition to my house that required roofing work. Both of the parties completed the labor to the roof which consisted of felt paper and shingles to prevent any water leakage. [redacted] then expressed that his work was guaranteed and to just give him a call if I had any questions. Two weeks later after the job was completed, it rain and water leaks appeared in multiple places were [redacted] had conducted the roof work. I immediately called [redacted] on his cell phone (XXX) XXX-XXXX and advised him of the water leaks. [redacted] stated that he would come by my house to check the roof later during the day. A few days later, Raul never came by so I called him again to express my concerned about the water leaks. [redacted] then stated that he was busy but would come by when he had a chance. I few more days past by and [redacted] failed to come check the roof. I then called [redacted] a third time and left a voice mail asking him to please repair the water leaks to the roof. It's been more than 3 months and [redacted] never came by nor returned my phone calls.

I highly warn any potential costumer that is thinking of hiring [redacted] Concrete to reframe from doing so. [redacted] Concrete has very bad work habits and fails to answer to his work ethics.
