Rattray Aero-Products

In Jun'18 I contacted Jim Rattray and ordered a set of tiptanks for a Mustang2. Same as the previous reviewer, paid in full and now mid Nov, no emails answered and phone number listed on several websites is disconnected. Big chunk of money of mine he has. Looks like he's a scoundrel.

Review: I discussed and ordered a cowling from Jim Rattray and sent him the full amount (as required by him) for several months he has neither made the cowling or refunded my money,as requested, he will not answer his phone and never returns my calls or e-mailsDesired Settlement: I just want my money returned to me in full, promptly.
