I am rejecting this response because:
We pulled our child from the daycare immediately after finding a serious health concern. The business clearly doesn't comprehend the gravity of this kind of issue and seems to be making the entire matter personal and not about our child's well being.

complaint. This customer failed to give proper notice to terminate care and is now attempting to avoid monies owed associated with our legal binding contract. It is our policy to obtain a written two-weeks' notice to terminate care. The child left the center on Friday, August 21, 2015 like any other day. She was signed out and neither complaints, nor any other concerns were brought to our attention.
| noticed that the child was not in care the following Monday, August 24, 2015. That was very unusual because she attended regularly and the mother had even asked if we provided weekend care. After several attempts to contact Mrs. [redacted], then contacted [redacted].
Per our conversation, on August 25, 2015, [redacted] stated that the child had been enrolled into another program and that they could not afford both. He stated that he was not aware that his wife had signed a contract. Upon my explaining to him the expected fees that were due, he then mentioned a tic that was on the child a few weeks prior. The mother casually brought this to my attention on the morning of August 5, 2015. I explained that the playground was in a wooded area and it was possible. She said that she understood and the child continued to attend the program.
We are not aware of any other problem or concerns. No other complaints have been brought to our attention. We run a quality childcare business and we will continue to pursue legal action concerning this negligent customer.
