I was not allowed by customer to check on any of the work that was done on his roof, I was not allowed to finish the job,I was not allowed to cover the roof from rain, or clean up the work site.I was not allowed to fix anything at all that might have been wrong.This
customer has so many complaints, but did not allow us to check the validity of any of his claims, or correct anything at all.Customer states there was drinking on the job, and all they drank was what he (the customer) supplied.My team of workers never drink while working, ever, and I find it very offensive that he buys them beer at the end of the day, and then complains and harasses them about drinking "on the job"! I will agree to reimburse him for $2,for materials, but I will not allow the $for deck railing that he claims was destroyed.Thank you
