I was told that snow removal would be $65 per hour for a sidewalk crew or $125 for a truck. I had requested a truck and was told they prorate by quarter hour. I said it would probably only take 15 minutes since before it was done in 10 minutes by another company a couple of years ago. [redacted]. said that it would cost about the same for the sidewalk crew as it would for a half hour of the truck (62.50 vs 65 which is what he thought it would take) so I agreed to have the sidewalk crew instead of waiting for the truck. I was told I would receive the bill in approximately 5 days which I did but it was for $130 ( $65 for each person on the crew). Never was I told anything about the $65 being per person. I am a retiree on a fixed income so I would not have agreed to that amount. I contacted the company on the 15th about this issue and was told that I would have to talk to [redacted] about the problem. He was not in the office so I left my number for a return call and have never received a return call. I have talked to others (friends and coworkers) and found out that ALL have had issues with this company.
