[redacted] I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me assuming that they follow through I don't think this issue should be marked as resolved until the seller delivers on their proposed resolution, because for months there have been a lot of promises but they failure to deliver.I would love nothing more than to have new units shipped out, that work great, and I can put this all behind me.Thanks,***
Hi [redacted] We have already reached out to the customer [redacted] , he will be sending back all units and we will replace them all for him as well as the chargersWe will make sure there are no problems what so ever with these units before we ship them to customerWe will provide a return label as soon as we get the units and replace them , we will provide a tracking number as soon as they are shipped back to him
