Sorry that you felt the bus drivers were rude but it was a busy day and they are instructed to bring people only to the top at River's Edge and don't have the time or resources to bring some people back and some people to the top(There is nothing advertising that we bring people back to the
campground)You all rented the tubes and went tubing, I'm failing to see how a refund would be in order Sorry about losing your keys, I hope that you found them or had some resolution
