Terrible. This company originally installed the tankless hot water heater on our new home so when it started leaking I called them. I spoke with [redacted] and provided detailed description of the model and told him that the heater was leaking down the wall and into the garage. At no point during the phone call did he ever mention that he only installs these but provides no service on them. He drove out to tell me this charging me $85 for a "service call" in which he performed no work but only provided a phone number of another company the serviced this brand.
