Review: Gentlemen:

I would like to file a complaint against the Dealer from whom I purchased [redacted] Venetian blinds in Feb. 2007. They are still under factory warranty.

My complaint is that the Dealer will not return my phone calls requesting warranty service...the cord used to adjust the blinds is broken. I have called him three times, both cell and home, without avail. I have filed a verbal complaint with [redacted] Customer Service. He is either dead/out of business/on vacation/or is intentionally ignoring me. I would greatly appreciate your warning other potential customers of his complete lack of follow thru.
