Rare Panther

On August 15, 2018 I placed an order online to Rare Panther for one of their products, I completed the transaction and on August 16th I received an email that my order had shipped. However the package never arrived so I emailed them asking where it was. They responded back a few weeks later on September 27, 2018 to inform me that the product was out of stock and that I would be receiving store credit instead of a refund, I agreed and responded on October 5, 2018. I was never informed how the credit would work so I emailed them again on February 8, 2019 asking how it would work. They responded back on February 26, 2019 and sent me a link with the code. The next few months they released little to no products and I was unable to purchase, so I was unable to use my code. Then on December 26, 2019 they announce that a collection being released the next day on the 27th would be their last collection and that the business/brand would be ended after that. On December 26, 2019 I emailed them inquiring about the store credit code and still have not received and answer. When I tried to use the code it did not work. I would like to settle this before they close so that I am able to use the store credit I was promised.
