Review: Rare Earth sold me "ready to plant" super blend soil that wasn't seasoned soil. 7 1/2 cubic yards @ $39.99. I recently enlarged my patio and added 60' of new planters 22" wide x 18" deep with drains. I was told by the receptionist super blend was what I needed. I purchased $351.00 in plants and a tree $235.00, super blend $322.00. I have photos of the newly planted flowers and trees. I have photos of my dying and dead plants. I have all my receipts.

Rare Earth has refused to compensate me for the loss of my plants and very likely my tree. Also refused to refund my $322.80 for unsuitable soil that they advertise as "ready to plant".Desired Settlement: Two-thirds of my plants $250.00

$572.80 to be refunded

My tree is still alive, but doing very poorly.
