Rappaport’s Piano Workshop

When my wife called to set up an appointment the lady she spoke to had my wife measure the piano to verify if they would be able to work on it. We have a Baldwin upright piano. My wife measured and gave the lady the specs and she said it was one they could work on. We needed a simple tuning after moving and some keys were sticking.
The lady came to the house, looked at the piano and said it was too small for her to work on. She did not do ANYTHING to the piano but she did pressure my wife to pay her 150 dollars because she drove out to the house Again when on the phone they said they COULD work on the piano but once they got there they said no but still pressured my wife to pay. This was their error in telling us at first that they could service the piano why do I need to pay for their error? I feel their sales tactics illustrate dishonest and untrustworthy business practices. I called to speak to someone about the situation first but nobody answered or called me back.
