We are disappointed that [redacted] is reluctant to pay for her stove conversion from natural gas to propane that was completed on 7/5/15.  According to the paperwork that [redacted] submitted she has requested for them to replace our tanks with their tanks.  As of June 1, 2016 we have dismissed all charges from her account.
