I took my son to get a wart frozen with liquid nitrogen (which is what doctor do in this cases). The service provider saw the wart and said they didn't have medication available at the clinic to care of the wart. Upon leaving the clinic and having received no medical treatment I requested a refund of the money I had to paid in order to see a doctor. They refused to refund my money. This is very frustrating and dishonest. It took the doctor less than to minutes to inform me they couldn't treat my son.

The company's response does not address the issue and it's unacceptable. This clinic was not appropriately supplied to treat my son. The care giver clearly said they did not have the medicine available in stock and she apologized; yet I was not refunded my money. I was dismissed without any treatment and less money in my pocket. Thank you for any help you can provide in this matter.
