Review: A deposit of $165 was given and cashed by this merchant on 4/**/2014 for tri-fold brochures and business cards for our salon. To date, we have not received our merchandise or a refund. When we did receive the proof back for the brochure it was so inconsistant,we had to go back with changes/corrections. And then that was it, we did not receive another proof back for the brochure and never received any proof for the business card. After several attempts to resolve this issue via emails and phones calls, we finally asked for our money back so that we can have this done elsewhere. He was not willing to refund us our money stating that we had made so many changes that anyone else would have charged over $500 for this. Never was it told to us, that changes would be an additional fee. In addition, the proof had so many inconsistancies that would require correction on his part. Our direction was not followed on his end.At this point, we asked him just to provide us with a proof for the business card. To date, we have not received anything. We were told we would receive a proof and what was started on the brochure, and nothing.Desired Settlement: We would like our deposit of $165 refunded, as we now have to go and pay someone else to do this.
