In regards to the issues being addressed, we have a technician on site today, he ran behind schedule unfortunatelyA courtesy call to the homeowner was not made and they contacted us times to check ETA of the technician in route to warrantyAs to the issue of never inspecting the floor for a year, it was Rapid Restoration who reached out to the homeowners in hopes of collecting our past due balances still owed on the insurance claimIt was at that time the issues about the flooring were addressedAs a part of customer service, we honored the flooring repair, not knowing if it was due to maintenance issues or error on the owners partWe agree that this issue with the negative complaint would have been avoided by us making a simple phone call, we accept responsibility that we need to be more proactive and attentive to every issue

Had Edward come out to provide me a quote on some repairs that needed to be done. Unfortunately after several attempts I never did receive a written estimate. I wasted my time having him come out and look at repairs just to receive no response afterwards.
