I had orders to get a CPAP and was given Rapid Rehab as a place that had them. I called and talked to the phone staff about availability etc. I found them to be very friendly and helpful. One of the ladies gave me the name of the person who sets the CPAP's up with you. I later made an appt., and was able to get in the next day. Sherry was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Every question my husband and I had, she could answer. She is sincere and has compassion. Her smile and humor was an added plus. After taking the machine home I had a mal-function, and she took care of it right away, even coming in at a time when she was not scheduled to be there. She is extra-ordinary and you don't normally find people like this anymore. My experience with Rapid Rehab; the staff, Sherry and my machine replacement is rated- excellent.
