Review: I locked my keys in my car and rapid sent a guy out to unlock the doors and he broke my door handle. The guy proceeded to tell me it was frozen and it would have happen to me. When I called the company they refused to pay for it and said it was frozen. They said for 20.00 I would have to come to Hampton Bay's and leave it there for the day.Desired Settlement: I just want the door handle fixed at no cost to me
