We hired Rapid Recovery Solutions (RRS) to collect the deposit from our previous landlord RRS did not succeed, so we proceeded to take our previous landlord to small claims court, where he eventually settled to return the claimed sum Since we hired them, the settlement attorney sent the payment to them in August Since then, RRS will not return our calls or send us our portion of the amount paid to them I am contemplating suing them as well at this point They had nearly days to pay us, which they failed to do And they have not returned our repeated calls for status
Why would you use a collection agency that will not return your money once they collected!

I do not have an estimate, once they are ready you will be paid without delay

Terrible company, would not recommend to anyone! I was having issues with some of the duct work after a job they did, and getting anyone out there to look at it was a nightmare. Customer service is terrible, they just say they will call you back and never do. The repairmen are also rude and will try to sell you things you don't need. Had a second company take a look at their work, and they had cut out cardboard to block my air vents. Even cut them exactly to size. Stay away from this company. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

All of that being said, your representative gave a date and didn't say anything about funds being cleared etc.  Provide a date that the funds will be received by my office, keeping in mind that we are already almost 60 days out of the original date given.
