Review: On February [redacted], 2014, I made a deposit of $500, credit check and application fees to secure an apartment. My application with the building mananagement was denied because my application was not "sound" based on my family composition. RAPID REALTY REFUSED TO REFUND THE DEPOSIT AS PROMISED! The realtor showed me two other apartments that were already taken off the market by other Rapid Realty agents. The [redacted] refused to refund my deposit, stop answering my calls and refused to see me when I visited the office.Thus, they never found me an apartment. I had to use another real estate office and pay another deposit, application and credit check fees to secure the apartment, in which my family and I currently reside. THIS OFFICE IS FRAUDULENT! I was robbed by agents who just wanted money. Please investigate this matter and warn fellow consumers. Review: To whom it may concern,

I, [redacted], gave [redacted], the owner a $500 deposit towards an apartment that I was highly interested in. I never got the apartment but was charged for the processing fee, which was $75. I agreed to have the $75 deducted from the overall $500 because it was none refundable. [redacted] agreed to give the remainder of the money minus the processing fee but has not released the funds for over 60 days after we last had verbal contact. Can I please have assistance resolving this issue. Thank you for any and all assistance.Desired Settlement: To receive the full amount of $500 refunded.
