Suddenly out of nowhere...I've been locked out of my rapid account for supposedly
Entering the incorrect PIN number 3X... I'm told after almost 2 hours on the phone with foreigners that can't speak a lick of English... I am to blame for my account being locked, and I cannot access my money for 24 hours! Even though I explained repeatedly I had not put the incorrect pin in and I needed to pay my rent before my late fee is adhered... THEY CONTINUOUSLY BLAMED ME, AND REFUSE TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT KNOWING I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY EXTRA ON MY RENT AS A LATE FEE DUE TO NEGLECT BY THEM! WHAT A CRAPPY EXPERIENCE THIS HAS BEEN THIS CARD SUCKS AND SO DOE$ THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT GOES BEHIND IT... I WANT TO KNOW WHO'S PAYING MY LATE FEE, AND HOW MUCH MY HOURLY WAGES ARE BECAUSE THEY'VE WASTED ABOUT 3 HOURS OF MINE TODAY... NOT TO MENTION THE GAS MONEY IT TOOK TO GO TO THE ATM AND NOTICE I'M LOCKED OUT... LANDLORD DRIVING ALL THE WAY TO MY HOUSE TO COLLECT HER AND I CAN'T GIVE TO HIM BECAUSE these I
Well my card got breached and sure enough I called rapid to put a stop to it. Now that I want to get my money back the only thing am getting is the run around. They can't pull up those statements due to the fact I have a new card. It's horrible that I can't get my statement because it's a new card. Don't use the system. Please sign up with direct deposit with the bank or credit union and leave these losers alone
I received a card from my employer but lost it. I recently moved so I had a change of address and I also got a new phone. I went to the Rapid Pay website and entered this new information before I lost my card. When I called customer service I was told that my new address was not on file and that they could not update my new address, therefore they could not send me a new card. Then they turn around and say that they could send me a new card for $35 and it would be expedited. I just want it sent the regular 7-10 business days for free. The people were very rude on the phone and not willing to work with me at all.

Review: I had an un authorized transaction on my rapid pay credit card of $218. I immediately contacted rapid pay about my concern. They canceled my old card. But never re issued me a new one. I had to call numerous times. They also said they would send me paper work I had to file for the unauthorized transaction. I never received any paperwork. I had to call them again. They final faxed me the paperwork and I sent it right back once I finished my claim. I still haven't received my refund and now when I called today they said it can take up to 90 days. And that's unacceptable to me. Rapid pay is not helping me resolve my claim at all. It's been well over a month since I called rapid pay and filed an unauthorized transaction on my credit card.Desired Settlement: Refund of $218.
