Can't get my paycheck
My employer gave me a rapid pay card when I started and my paycheck has been deposited but rapid pay refuses to activate my card, I've been calling for over a week and every day I call they say it will be 24 to 48 hours, 7 days is way longer than 48 hours, now they're saying they cannot get in contact with my employer payroll department when I can get them on the phone within 2 minutes so how the hell can't rapid pay get in contact? I want my damn money, I have no groceries and no gas money to even get to work, I've had to call out for the last 2 days because I can't get there, now I'm on the verge of losing my job and if I do I have already spoken to an attorney willing to file a lawsuit against the company. I want my money today

MUHAMMED SHOULD GET ANOTHER JOB IF NOT HAPPY AND BRINGING DOWN BUISNESS FOR THIS INSURANCE. SPEADING THE WORD IN TEXAS TO PEOPLE AND MY CUSTOMERS NOT TO GET THIS INSURANCE AND SPREAD THE WORD

Today is the last day I can pay my rent before I pay a late fee... After using my card all morning I stop by the ATM to get my rent money out... s
Suddenly out of nowhere...I've been locked out of my rapid account for supposedly
Entering the incorrect PIN number 3X... I'm told after almost 2 hours on the phone with foreigners that can't speak a lick of English... I am to blame for my account being locked, and I cannot access my money for 24 hours! Even though I explained repeatedly I had not put the incorrect pin in and I needed to pay my rent before my late fee is adhered... THEY CONTINUOUSLY BLAMED ME, AND REFUSE TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT KNOWING I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO PAY EXTRA ON MY RENT AS A LATE FEE DUE TO NEGLECT BY THEM! WHAT A CRAPPY EXPERIENCE THIS HAS BEEN THIS CARD SUCKS AND SO DOE$ THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT GOES BEHIND IT... I WANT TO KNOW WHO'S PAYING MY LATE FEE, AND HOW MUCH MY HOURLY WAGES ARE BECAUSE THEY'VE WASTED ABOUT 3 HOURS OF MINE TODAY... NOT TO MENTION THE GAS MONEY IT TOOK TO GO TO THE ATM AND NOTICE I'M LOCKED OUT... LANDLORD DRIVING ALL THE WAY TO MY HOUSE TO COLLECT HER AND I CAN'T GIVE TO HIM BECAUSE these IS DON'T KNOW HOW TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT AND ARE TRYING TO BLAME ME FOR HAVING IT LOCKED! RUN RUN RUN DO NOT USE THIS CARD!

Scammed and can’t get my money back
I was scammed twice on my rapid pay card. Customer service is horrible. They hang up on you. You definitely can’t understand what they are saying. I was scammed out of 700 dollars and I need my money immediately. Contacting the BBB cause this card and company is a joke

so on june 17th I went to use my card being that on that day I had gotten paid from my job I had gotten a lil over a 1000 I pulled out 400 went to do 500 more my transaction was declined I called rapid and they told me that some one was using my debit card to pay them selves out via cash app so then I said well stop my payment they said no they couldnt do it which is a damn lie on one of there sites they did stop the transaction to there card they had used but because they didnt like that they were pulling there own money to put it somewhere else they stopped there payment so now im screwed I dont feel I should be waiting this long for my money I told them right away about the fraudulent transaction and them for them on purpose give me the run around for a provisional payment

RapidPay is full of bs.. it’s like they take your make .. by it being so hot where I live I left my card in the car so when I try to use it at ATM or get cash back it wouldn’t read so I started transferring the funds from my rapid! Pay card to my bank account and it work fine for a month. So this time I want to order off line so I transferred it to a current card that was in my name .. but rabbit pay cancel the transaction talking about about fraud how is a card in my name is fraud.. it’s a shame . Times is hard right now don’t nobody have no money to be given away to scammers.

Don’t get it
This reminds me of those cards you get when your phone company gives you a rebate, but then you get the run-around to activate it, and anytime you try to use it, it’s seemingly not working. Calling customer support, they blame it on the store’s Point Of Sale device. I just want to access my $220, but I can’t!

Been trying to file a dispute for a dead charge for over 3 weeks
Rose kept hanging up on me Len puts you on hold and forgets about you..It looks like only 2 people are some what working... Now it's going to take another 10 or so days before I can get groceries ... THANKS RAPID PAY FOR DOING NOTHING IN A HURRY People can starve

Bad customer service
My husband Derrick smith is a having a very bad experience with rapid pay! Today is 12/5/20 my husband and are going to be speaking to a civil attorney on a despute case his card was hacked and 279.00 was taken off his card by someone in india customer sevice is horrible you have to wait 48 mins to speak to someone! They have been giving us the run around since October of this year about our refund! We fax over the paperwork they ask for and still no money! Today my husband tried to switch his check to expectations and that failed he had 300.00 on his card that disappeared so now 579.00 is missing! They supervisor did not have answers for us and hung up the phone on us! We will be calling the bbb and a civil attorney come 12/7/20 this monday! Because of this issue we can't pay our rent or car note! PLEASE DON'T FOOL AROUND WITH RAPID PAY THEY ARE THE WORST PRE PAYED COMPANY EVER! WE'RE GONNA FILE MOTION TO SUE COME MONDAY!

Well my card got breached and sure enough I called rapid to put a stop to it. Now that I want to get my money back the only thing am getting is the run around. They can't pull up those statements due to the fact I have a new card. It's horrible that I can't get my statement because it's a new card. Don't use the system. Please sign up with direct deposit with the bank or credit union and leave these losers alone

I received a card from my employer but lost it. I recently moved so I had a change of address and I also got a new phone. I went to the Rapid Pay website and entered this new information before I lost my card. When I called customer service I was told that my new address was not on file and that they could not update my new address, therefore they could not send me a new card. Then they turn around and say that they could send me a new card for $35 and it would be expedited. I just want it sent the regular 7-10 business days for free. The people were very rude on the phone and not willing to work with me at all.

Review: I had an un authorized transaction on my rapid pay credit card of $218. I immediately contacted rapid pay about my concern. They canceled my old card. But never re issued me a new one. I had to call numerous times. They also said they would send me paper work I had to file for the unauthorized transaction. I never received any paperwork. I had to call them again. They final faxed me the paperwork and I sent it right back once I finished my claim. I still haven't received my refund and now when I called today they said it can take up to 90 days. And that's unacceptable to me. Rapid pay is not helping me resolve my claim at all. It's been well over a month since I called rapid pay and filed an unauthorized transaction on my credit card.Desired Settlement: Refund of $218.
