Rapid Moving & Storage

Rapid Moving and Storage stored and moved our household items. We purchased the additional insurance so that any damaged items would be repaired. After the move our washing machine leaked during the draining cycle and several pieces of furniture were scratched. I contacted the company and sent pictures of the damaged items. They told me they would take care of it. I have tried to contact them to set up a time for the repairs to be made and they have not returned my emails or phone messages. We needed to replace the washing machine because it was leaking on the floor and we did not want to have water damage to our home. We would like to be reimbursed for the FMV of our original washing machine and to have the scratches in the furniture professionally repaired.
