This is a complete scam..I offered to send the product back and customer service said you can but will not get refund..my account has been charged3x
I only ordered free trial.my bank account has been charged 3x with out my permission.I called the company on 7/21/2020 and 7/25/2020 to cancel and get a refund.I asked how can I get my money back and customer service said I wont get a refund even if I send the product back..I have called my bank to report the charges as fraudulent.

Crooks. They offer a free bottle, and without permission they start charging you $94 If you don't call to cancel. Unfortunately, noone will take your call to cancel and if you do find someone it is too late to cancel. Again they do not disclose that this is a trial... They indicate the product is FREE( just pay shipping). Wish there was a zero star rating. Avoid this company and products. Customer service, if you can get hold of them, is extremely nasty and argumentative.

I am being billed automatically for a product I don't want.
Cannot get through daily to cancel by phone.
Have sent multiple emails with no response
Have been receiving Rapid Keto products and being billed monthly, although I only wanted their free trial offer. Was willing to pay for my first order, but nothing more.
I have returned many orders, but am still being sent the product, and am still being automatically billed.
I try to call monthly, and recently have called 8 or 10 times daily, and cannot get through to anyone.
I have sent 3 emails, and still get no response.
I want them to stop sending the product AND stop billing me immediately.
