Review: RECIEVED A CALL FROM [redacted](ID# [redacted]) @ ###-###-#### STATING SHE WAS WITH CARD SERVICES AND WANTED TO LOWER MY CC INTEREST RATES TO 6%. SHE HAD ALL OF MY PERSONAL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. SHE ALSO WANTED ME TO GIVE HER MY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION. I ASKED FOR HER SUPERVISOR AND SPOKE TO [redacted]. BOTH REFUSED TO GIVE ME A CALL BACK NUMBER OR ALLOW ME TO RESEARCH THIER COMPANY. THEN [redacted] HUNG UP ON ME. THE NUMBER IS CONTINUALLY BUSY. I ALSO CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY STATED THAT THEY DID NOT CALL OR AUTHORIZED ANYONE TO CALL AND ONLY THEY CAN REDUCE MY RATE.Desired Settlement: NEED CONFIRMATION OF THIS COMPANIES AUTHENTICITY AND VALIDATION OF THEIR CLAIM. THEN WANT INTEREST RATES THEY PROMISED AND IF THEY CAN NOT I WOULD LIKE COMPENSATION OF 6% OF MY CREDIT CARD DEBT.

Review: I received a call in my cell phone - which I have opted of- first it was automated stating "hello this is [redacted]". It made it sound like there was something wrong with my credit card. Then when I figured out it was a spam caller, I said I wanted to opt out and was transfered to [redacted] He was very forceful and wouldn't take no for an answer. I told him I would take his number and call him back and his exact words were "you [redacted] then he disconnected. Now I get calls from this number weekly. Once hit the #2 to opt out, I get a person with a thick accent. I tell them to opt me out and they disconnect. The calls continue!Desired Settlement: Apology letter and I want to know he isn't doing this to others. He knew my account information, which made me nervous. I accually called and cancelled my credit card.
