This guy has PROBLEMS!!! We hired Raphael to capture our first "whole" family Christmas in over yearsThe session went fineAfter that, COMPLETE professional meltdownWe never heard from the guy for several monthsThankfully my wife can be a bit of a hound dog (sorry babe) when getting what she wants and finally produced some resultsWe did receive prints but were not very happy with themVery overexposedHe has a nice camera but I've taken nicer shots with our point n shootMy sister and family still have not received anything and all three of us who ordered prints have since filed credit card disputedHe challenged the first, but on the second round we all got our money backTalk is cheap with this guyHe seems very nice and overly apologetic about the whole thing but for what ever reason he is incapable of producing results I wish I had researched before bookingI hope others doSTAY AWAY!

We never heard from the guy for several months. Thankfully my wife can be a bit of a hound dog (sorry babe) when getting what she wants and finally produced some results. We did receive prints but were not very happy with them. Very overexposed. He has a nice camera but I've taken nicer shots with our point n shoot. My sister and family still have not received anything and all three of us who ordered prints have since filed credit card disputed. I wish I had researched before booking. I hope others do. STAY AWAY!
